易地扶贫搬迁，是脱贫攻坚战中的头号工程。四川省扶贫工作主要以11501个贫困村、625万建档立卡贫困人口为主要对象，重点区域分为四大片区，秦巴山片区、乌蒙山片区、大小凉山彝区、高原藏区，涉及88个贫困县。

Relocation of the poor is the first priority in the war against poverty. The poverty alleviation work in Sichuan Province mainly targets the 11,501 poor villages and the 6.25 million documented poor people. Four major areas, including the Qinba Mountain Area, the Wumeng Mountain area, the Liangshan Yi Area and the Tibetan Plateau Area with 88 poor counties, are identified as the key areas for poverty alleviation.

现在看到的是炉霍县斯木镇吉绒村，卫星上你可以看到的这一大片深色色块，是当地冬暖式蔬菜大棚，这些新建的蔬菜大棚几乎惠及整个炉霍县的贫困户。

This is Jirong Village in Simu Township of Luhuo County. From the satellite view you can see the large block in deep color which is the vegetable greenhouse offering heat in winter. Almost all the poor households in Luhuo County have benefited from the introduction of these vegetable greenhouses.

时间回到2014年，炉霍县共有88个贫困村，其中大多位于高寒牧区，土地分散，产业发展基础薄弱。

Dating back to 2014, the total 88 poor villages in Luhuo County largely concentrated in the alpine pastoral regions where the lands were scattered and the industrial development was weak in its basis.

炉霍创新了飞地扶贫模式，实行政府引导、企业引领、村级负责、群众参与、产业共建、利益共享等联结机制，从而实现不同乡镇、村组之间优势互补。

Luohuo County has updated the enclave poverty alleviation mode under guidance of the government and the leadership of the companies. The villages undertake the responsibility and the masses take part in the interconnection mode to facilitate the co-construction of various industries and bring benefits for all. By applying this mode, different townships and villages have achieved mutual complementarity in the interests of common development.

2015年，通过县里帮助，吉绒村引进企业，修建了10个蔬菜大棚，当年人均收入就增长了1600元。卫星图片看到，现在位于吉绒村的蔬菜大棚远不止10个。

In 2015, with the help from the country, Jirong Village introduced new companies and built up 10 vegetable greenhouses, increasing the yearly per capital income by 1600rmb. From the satellite image, there are apparently more than 10 greenhouses now in Jirong Village.
