易地扶贫搬迁，是脱贫攻坚战中的头号工程。四川省扶贫工作主要以11501个贫困村、625万建档立卡贫困人口为主要对象，重点区域分为四大片区，秦巴山片区、乌蒙山片区、大小凉山彝区、高原藏区，涉及88个贫困县。

Relocation of the poor is the first priority in the war against poverty. The poverty alleviation work in Sichuan Province mainly targets the 11,501 poor villages and the 6.25 million documented poor people. Four major areas, including the Qinba Mountain Area, the Wumeng Mountain area, the Liangshan Yi Area and the Tibetan Plateau Area with 88 poor counties, are identified as the key areas for poverty alleviation.

今天我们来到乌蒙山片区，江门古寨易地扶贫搬迁集中安置点。

We are now in Wumeng Mountain area, the concentrated relocation settlement of Jiangmen Old Village for the poverty alleviation work.

江门古寨集中安置点位于叙永县江门镇青云村，2017年完工，最大的特点是利用地处川南旅游环线的优势，将休闲旅游观光和搬迁安置融为一体，建筑风格为仿古民居建筑，散发浓厚的川南古镇风格。目前，江门古寨易地扶贫搬迁集中安置点已搬迁入住近200户人。

The concentrated relocation settlement of Jiangmen Old Village, with the construction finished in 2017, is seated in the Qingyun Village of Jiangmen Township. The greatest advantage of this relocation settlement is its beneficial location on the travel ring line of southern Sichuan, which can integrate the function of leisure tourism into the relocation purpose. In the relocation settlement, the architecture was composed in ancient residential style which contains the sense of the old towns in southern Sichuan. Nowadays, there are almost 200 households moving into their new homes in Jiangmen Old Village relocation settlement.

我们来到秦巴山片区，旺苍县嘉川镇五红村安置点。

We are now in the Qinbashan mountainous area, where the Wuhong resettlement village in Jiachuan Town of Wangcang County is located.

旺苍县嘉川镇五红村安置点安置41户135人，其中搬迁贫困户21户69人，2016年12月底建成入住。将集体“三资”量化投入村集体经济组织，建立利益联结模式;种植核桃、翡翠李、中药材、蔬菜等，形成长短结合、种养结合、农旅结合“产村一体”生态搬迁效果。

The Wuhong resettlement village in Jiachuan Town of Wangcang County holds 41 households with altogether 135 people, including 21 poor households with 69 people moving into the new settlement at the end of 2016. The village is now quantifing the rural collective funds, assets and resources into the village collective economic organizations to establish a benefit linkage model; The village plans to, by planting walnuts, emerald plums, Chinese herbal medicines, vegetables, etc., form an ecological relocation effect of combining long and short, planting and raising, and agriculture with tourism.
