At the greenery-embraced San Su Shrine, Ali encounters the first master: Su Dongpo. Far more than a literary giant, Su was also a true expert in medicine and wellness. From his “Four principles for Health Maintenance” to the famous Dongpo cuisine, the insights keep flowing.
